FIT ADVICE
Lightfeet Flip Flops are designed with a close, secure feel.
If you like a bit more room, consider going up a size.
Features & Benefits
Lightfeet Arch Support Flip Flops are podiatrist-designed flip flops built to give your feet genuine support — not just a flat foam sole. Every feature is there for a reason:
• Designed by Australian Sports Podiatrists. Developed by the same podiatry team behind our trusted insoles and socks, so the support is clinically informed, not cosmetic.
• Helps relieve plantar fasciitis pain. Our 1st Ray Drop Out, Arch Contour Flex and deep cushioning work together to reduce strain on the plantar fascia and ease heel and arch discomfort.
• Relieves tired, aching legs. Lightweight, shock-absorbing EVA cushioning takes the load off your feet, knees and lower back — ideal for long days on hard surfaces.
• Improved stability. A deeper heel cup combined with longitudinal and transverse arch support keeps your foot aligned with every step.
• Prevents toe clawing. A secure strap, T-bar toe grip and built-in toe spring stop your toes from gripping to keep the thong on — the leading cause of foot fatigue in standard thongs.
• Made from recycled EVA. Sustainable comfort, with no compromise on performance.
Made from Recyclable Materials
Our Arch Support Flip Flops are crafted from recycled EVA foam, reclaimed from footwear manufacturing offcuts that would otherwise end up in landfill — where EVA can take 150 to 200 years to break down.
By repurposing this material, we keep waste out of landfill and reduce demand for virgin foam, without sacrificing performance. Recycled EVA is just as durable, shock-absorbing and cushioned as new EVA, and it moulds subtly to the shape of your foot for a personalised, broken-in feel.
Choosing Lightfeet is a small, practical step toward a more circular footwear industry.
Materials & Care
To get the longest life out of your Lightfeet Arch Support Flip Flops:
• Made from recycled EVA foam. Our flip flops do not contain rubber or latex, making them a great option for anyone with rubber or latex sensitivities.
• Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Air dry away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid excessive heat — don't leave them in a hot car, near heaters, or in direct sun for long periods, as this can warp the EVA.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and aggressive detergents.
• Take care when wet — the recycled EVA surface can be slippery on wet tiles, decks and pool surrounds.
• Hold the handrail on escalators, as you would with any thong or slide.
Size & Fit
We recommend ordering your usual running shoe size. This applies across our Flip Flops, Slides, Socks and Insoles.
Half sizes: Round up to the next full size. For example, if you're normally an 8.5, order a 9.
Strap fit: If the strap feels slightly snug at first, gently stretch it outward to suit the width of your foot. Stretch in small amounts — over-stretching can permanently loosen the strap.
Still unsure? View our full Size Guide or email us at info@lightfeet.com and our team will help you choose the right fit.

Love the pink. I now have 5 different colors. The best flip flops!
Didn't know what to think compared to other brands but so glad I decided to order. These are so cute and so comfortable! It's like walking on a cloud. I love the pink color and I can wear them all day long. So supportive and so comfortable. And they were on sale!
i love the pink. they're freaky cute
To be honest I bought these purely for the cooor bit it tirned out that these are the absolute best flip flops I have ever owned. I was a only wearing reefs fan until now. Very cute but more importantly, I wore these all day and had no soreness whatsoever. Definitely going to buy more!
LOVE these.
The product was as comfortable and very nice looking, as expected.
These sandals are very supportive and comfortable. I deducted one star because they are very narrow, and I have narrow feet. They rub just a bit on the outside of my foot, which causes a bit of irritation. Overall they're fantastic though!
They’re actually more comfortable than I thought they were gonna be but the color is the shining star. These colors are awesome.
I can’t get enough of these Shoes . I switched from Archie's to Light Feet ! I have so many and all the colors 💕
Best flip flops around! Support is awesome and so are the colors!
Walked hours and no rubbing. Very comfortable and supportive.
Love these light supportive flip flops😁
The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is due to the pink is too bright for me.
Awesome fit
These are the 4th pair I really love them
Great flip flops
Quick to get to me
Great product and a joy for my suffering feet. Unfortunately my new puppy also likes the string rubber, and they are a little ragged (by my own fault). Time for me to order another pair!
Getting a lot of wear from the flip flops which is great since I have plantis fasciitis and foot pain. The other flip flops were unfortunately too narrow for the person I bought them for.
I originally bought one pair of flip flops and found them so comfortable, I've have a lot of trouble with my left foot, it's so bad I can't walk without shoes. I've actually bought 8 pairs love love these flip flops.
My husband had planned to fasciitis and I bought a pair of flip flops so he could walk more comfortably. He loves them so much. We got a second pair.
The most comfortable flip flops ever, can wear them all day
They seem to be a different quality than my first pair, but seem ok so far
Very comfortable. Just bought to replace my old Lightfeet flip flops that had seen good service for last few years.
The BEST flip flops around, so light and comfortable.
Best flip flops I have ever worn
They feel good once on, yet are hard to put on, given the stiffness of the upper braces. Another (slight) annoyance is the sound they make once moisture gets in between the sole of foot and sole of thong.
The best, most comfortable flip flops I have ever worn
HI love light feet. They are so comfortable and last ages. This pair is my second pair. I still wear the first pair and they’re over 12 months old. Great and so well made.
Great flip flops. I suffer from plantar fascitis and these have saved me. I've tried other brands and find them too hard. These have just the right amount of give in the heel + arch support.
Respect your flip flops
Awesome. The best footwear ever
These flip flops arrived on time and as advertised. They fit snugly and are supportive. Looking closer, the bottom of the right thong, at the toe plug, has cracks and a cavity or indentation already. With this, I expect the toe strap to break or rip through sooner than the other thong. Unfortunately, this is a flaw, and I did not salvage any of the packing, so I will keep the shoes.
Honestly the best flip flops ever. They're so comfy and supportive
Live my Lightfeet arch support flip flops. They are great for inside and outside wear. The molded toe piece is fantastic
Arch Support flip flops seem comfortable enough, but they look a little strange compared to standard flip flops, my partner commented on.
fit feet well nice and comfortable
Very comfortable and can feel the arch support. True to size and a pleasure to wear. Thank You
Game changer! I can walk in comfort with plantar fasciitis! They were recommended from a friend and it was the best conversation that I have had in regard to footwear. Thank you LightFeet.
