Lightfeet Performance Socks are podiatrist-designed performance socks built to deliver protection, breathable comfort and blister prevention — whether you're running, training, walking or pushing through a long day on your feet.

• Designed by Australian Sports Podiatrists. Engineered by the same team behind our insoles and footwear, so the fit and support are clinically informed.
• Anatomical left- and right-foot construction. Each sock is shaped specifically for the left or right foot, delivering a glove-like fit that prevents bunching and slippage.
• Targeted blister protection. Mid-weight padding is positioned across high-friction zones — including the medial and lateral metatarsal heads and the lateral toes — to reduce rubbing exactly where blisters typically form.
• Seamless toe construction. A flat, hand-linked toe seam removes the bulky ridge across your toes that causes chafing and pressure points.
• Cool, dry, fresh feet. Coolmax® moisture-wicking yarn pulls sweat away from skin, while breathable cooling mesh panels accelerate airflow to keep feet fresh during high-output activity.
• Elastic arch support. A built-in elastic arch band contours to the midfoot, locking the sock in place during high-impact movement.
